Shipping Policy
CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME FOR ALL ORDERS IS 4-8 WEEKS (BUSINESS DAYS). I ship orders daily MON-FRI and occasionally SAT of every week.

All orders ship priority USPS 2-3 day shipping. You will receive tracking information as soon as the package ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update before contacting me. All packages are insured. DELAYS due to COVID-19 is completely out of my hands.

All international orders ship USPS First Class mail.  
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
    We are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. ROUTE must be purchased at the time of check out for package insurance. If your package is lost or damaged during transit you must submit a claim through ROUTE for a refund or replacement. Please allow 2-3 weeks for replacement. 
    If package is not scanned by USPS after it is picked up we are not responsible for delivery time once it leaves our hands. I will assist in locating the package by opening a "Where is my package" claim with USPS.
     
    Customer will be responsible for shipping fee if wrong address is provided on order and item needs to be re-shipped. 
    NO address changes are made after the order is placed we are NOT responsible for wrong addresses. We do not offer the option to have the address changed after the order is placed it will ship to the address provided. 
    Limited Edition Holiday Items:
    Holiday tumblers  MUST be ordered alone to ship within the holiday timeframe. If item is ordered with a NON holiday item order will ship within the 4-6 week timeframe. Please order accordingly. 

     

     

    Refund Policy 
    I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.
    No refund is given for turn around timeframe issues.
